New for 2023, the Cluster Accelerator Program is a 12 week networking accelerator for cluster leaders who are seeking growth, navigating change and pursuing transitions for their clusters.

The Cluster Accelerator Program offers interaction and mentoring with peers and experts from the TCI Network, through group discussions designed to help accelerate your cluster performance and build new relationships.

Key features:

• Group based peer learning and mentoring

• Online to allow participation from across the world 

How  does it work?

• Program has 6 steps - 6 online sessions in 12 weeks, meeting online once every two weeks, with a summer/winter holiday break.
• Each session will have a 2 hours slot.
• First round: Available for 20-25 global participants.
• The Cluster Accelerator Program will culminate at the TCI Global Conference, where an overview of the learnings will be presented and selected participants will have the opportunity to introduce their cluster to the participants.

The Cluster Accelerator Program is open to cluster leaders who are seeking growth, navigating change and pursuing transitions for their clusters.

Entry criteria:
• +2 years experience as part of a cluster team
• Currently leading the cluster strategy

Schedule, 1st Cluster Accelerator Program:
• 26 April, open call for applications
• 15 May, last day to apply for the Program
• 19 May, registration closes (all participants confirmed; fees must be paid)
• 23 May, Program kicks off
