At this webinar, we introduced and tested our first ideas for a new Cluster Accelerator Program that we plan to launch in 2023.

Targeted to cluster leaders who are seeking growth, navigating change and pursuing transitions for their clusters, the Accelerator Program seeks to offer interaction and mentoring with peers from the TCI Network through group discussions designed to help accelerate your cluster performance and to build authentic new relationships.

· What core competencies need to be developed in cluster teams?

During the session, we asked our community for feedback that helped us to fine-tune the definition of the program taking into account the cluster managers’ real needs.
