The TCI Recovery Playbook is a dynamic guide for Economic Development Organisations and Cluster Organisations to navigate in times of Coronavirus and in the path to economic recovery.
Through a 3-phase model, from short-term crisis management, to living with the pandemic and finally igniting new growth, the TCI Recovery Playbook focusses on the different roles and priorities that these organisations will have to adopt. The Playbook will help organisations to handle the quickly shifting demands, guiding towards anchor short-term actions in a long-term plan, while reflecting on the role to play in the overall policy response to the COVID-19 crisis.
The TCI Recovery Playbook includes live examples from the TCI Network on how Economic Development Organisations and Cluster Organisations are making a difference.
“Crises like these have historically been watersheds that have triggered or accelerated trends. Countries and firms choices in those times have influenced their path for many years to come. Those that made informed choices to build their competitiveness over time, recognizing the new realities post-crisis will be able to ultimately become stronger and more successful” states Christian Ketels.
Merete Daniel Nielsen points out “Collaboration in and across strong clusters and networks is a key asset when change is critical. We can shape a new positive future starting today”.The TCI Recovery Playbook is available now.
Since December 2020, as a holidays gift to our global community, the TCI Recovery Playbook is free of charge.
