From November 7-9, 2023, the vibrant city of Reykjavik, Iceland, played host to the 26th TCI Global Conference, bringing together more than 45 international speakers to share best practices from around the world. Over 200 participants from 25 countries gathered for three days of exploration, knowledge-sharing, and inspiration.

The conference kicked off with an immersive first day dedicated to cluster visits, offering participants a unique opportunity to delve into the Icelandic ecosystem. Cluster visits such as Blue Economy, the Tech World, Feel the Energy, and Regenerative Development provided firsthand insights into the challenges and success stories of clusters within and beyond Iceland. Participants left with a deeper understanding of Iceland's innovative business landscape, thanks to this direct contact with companies at the forefront of innovation.

The second day of the conference centered around shared value and co-learning. The agenda included keynote speakers, parallel sessions, and creative collaborative excercises, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. Storytelling and the introduction of new ideas added to the dynamic exchange, making #TCI2023 truly inspiring.

On the third day, the focus shifted to the future. Participants were encouraged to look ahead, drawing inspiration and accelerating changes in the collaborative effort to evaluate and enhance their work. The day was dedicated to exploring possibilities for success using effective methods and fostering even greater collaboration.

To conclude the #TCI2023 experience, participants gathered in a different and special setting for an open-fire session under the fresh November sun. Reflecting on the last days, exchanging best practices from the conference, and eagerly anticipating the next one, the session encapsulated the collaborative spirit that defines TCI conferences.
