Over the past 11 years, Professor Philippe Gugler and Basile de Raemy from the Center for Competitiveness at the University of Fribourg have provided an invaluable resource to our network by curating and sharing a monthly list of academic articles for the "Food for Thought" section of our newsletter, which is also available on our website.

Their dedication has resulted in a collection of approximately 1,000 articles that have greatly enriched our community of cluster practitioners. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for their exceptional contributions and the wealth of knowledge they have shared with us over the years.

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce that starting in January 2025, our Academic Articles section will be developed by Dr. Federica Belfanti, with the support of Dr. Massimo Riva and Prof. Fernando G. Alberti from the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness at LIUC University in Milan.

Dr. Federica Belfanti is a research fellow at LIUC University and teaches Microeconomics of Competitiveness, among other subjects. Dr. Massimo Riva is a post-doctoral researcher, and Professor Fernando G. Alberti is a full professor at the same institution.

Together, they bring extensive expertise and fresh perspectives to continue delivering this valued resource to our community of cluster practitioners. We warmly welcome Federica, Massimo, and Fernando to their new roles and eagerly anticipate the insights they will share in the months ahead!
