Last week, we successfully concluded the second edition of the TCI Cluster Accelerator Program. This year, the program ran from April to June with the participation of 18 cluster managers from 10 different nationalities.

The TCI Cluster Accelerator Program is a 6-sessions online program specially tailored for cluster leaders who are seeking growth, navigating change, and pursuing transitions for their cluster organizations. We designed a transformative journey to empower them with the knowledge and strategies needed for navigating the evolving landscape of cluster development

Building on the success of the first edition in 2023 and the valuable feedback from participants, this year's program aimed to deliver an intensive curriculum covering all essential areas, skills, and tools required by today’s cluster managers. This included five group sessions with expert talks and group discussions facilitated by TCI directors, along with two individual mentoring sessions with international experts from the TCI Network.

Building sustainable cluster models, international opportunities, cluster policy landscapes, or AI & disruptive technologies integration are some of the topics we explored together.
