The second TCI Members Online Gathering took place on April 7, becoming a dynamic conversation with cluster managers. The session featured Ásta Sigurjónsdóttir, Iceland Tourism Cluster&TCI Board of Directors and Mike Baker, Bluewater Wood Alliance – both sharing experiences from Iceland and Canada, respectively, advising the cluster practitioners “to rethink” all kind of structures and “rebuild”, while searching for an answer to the question “What will be the next normal?”.
More than 40 TCI members from around the globe shared many great examples on how clusters support companies during the COVID-19 crisis providing new digital solutions, using crisis management mindset and facilitating innovations by redefining business development.
We listened to inspiring cases on how business networks are adapting their services to transform into the next phase and what is the role of cluster managers in times of COVID-19.
