FHI 360

FHI 360 is a global nonprofit with more than 4,000 team members working in over 60 countries. We’re committed to helping all people live full and healthy lives. To do this, we partner with local leaders to understand what their communities need — for example, support related to education, health or the impacts of climate change. Then, we work together to meet those needs in lasting ways. This focus on local perspectives is a central part of how we approach our work, and the vast majority of our staff are from the countries we work in. We support our partners by drawing on more than 50 years of experience, strong research capabilities and a global network of experts. Once we’ve found what works best, we share those successful strategies so that peers and partners can adapt and reuse them to help even more people. What drives our work is the ambition to build a more equitable world, where opportunity is within reach for everyone.
