Cluster Ecosystem of the State of Puebla (Ecosistema de Clústeres del Estado de Puebla)


In Puebla, the cluster ecosystem has been strategically promoted by the state's Ministry of Economy. We are the largest cluster ecosystem in Latin America, composed of 21 clusters divided into different categories: Industrial Clusters: Automotive and auto parts, textiles and apparel, construction, plastics, energy, agro-food, metalworking and chemicals. Cross-cutting clusters: Creative Economy, Education and Talent Development, Information Technologies. Regional industry clusters: Agave and mezcal, furniture, marble and onyx. Tourism and services clusters: 6 tourism clusters based on regional occupations and a medical cluster. This robust ecosystem contributes significantly to the region's economic development and competitiveness, establishing Puebla as a key reference for innovation and industrial growth in the region.
