Emily Wise

Emily Wise is an affiliated researcher at CIRCLE and senior strategist LU Collaboration - developing knowledge for and with external stakeholders, and providing analysis and advisory support related to innovation and territorial development policy. Emily has a particular focus on strategy, governance and evaluation of clusters and other collaborative ecosystems, as well as evaluation strategies for transformative innovation policies. With more than 25 years’ experience, she has worked with regional and national innovation agencies in the Nordic countries and has participated as an expert with other agencies around Europe, for the European Commission, ADB and World Bank.
