I have been a member in TCI since 2003, first working for Ericsson, then as a cluster manager of  Fiber Optic Valley,  I have been  working at  VINNOVA since 2008 and as such lead macro regional cluster project BSR Stars 2009-2015 , been Policy area coordinator of  Innovation at EUSBSR between 2012-2015 and  during 2015-2018 been CEO of a IT company called Iftac  owned by Hexatronic group , a company on the swedish and nasdaq stock exchange, From the 1 of august 2018 I  run my own cosultancy firm called Avalans AB
