Madeline Smith

Madeline works on strategy and evaluation for innovation, clusters and complex collaborations. She heads a consultancy, SmithKelvin, focused on support for clusters and collaborative projects. She led the TCI Cluster Evaluation Working Group and sits on the board of triple helix collaborations including Construction Scotland Innovation Centre and Digital Health and Care Innovation Centre. She was Head of Strategy, Innovation School, Glasgow School of Art, where she led programmes using design to build the innovative capacity of organisations and evidencing the value of collaborative innovation.
