Research: My main research approach focuses on Logistics Clusters for competitiveness. Co operations and  Synergies on Operations and supply chain management. To identify, develop, measure the different critical success factors to run a logistics cluster in Mexico and non-developed regions, is the main approach of my research by now.  Also includes the identification of different important dimensions and variables to impact a region’s logistics competitiveness, such as Diversification, synergy, horizontal integrations, agglomeration of concentration in a specific geographic area, to mention some. To define policies and clusters’ governance is important, but the research I am working on primarily focuses in operational strategy for an integrated regional logistics supply chain more than in policy and governance affairs, in fact they are also necessary for the correct operation and success.  Main: Industrial and systems Engineer, Operations management, Strategy Development Specialist, Systems Theory, Project Management.
