Grainne Millar

Gráinne Millar is one of Ireland's leading cluster experts and a specialist in strategy, innovation and evaluation. She advises government agencies, third level institutions and industry on the design and evaluation of clusters and innovation initiatives. She is passionate about collaboration and was founder of the all Ireland collaboration project Culture Night. Her Masters Thesis focussed on the relationship between Cluster Management and Cluster Success. Grainne is a qualified Cluster Benchmarking Expert through ESCA, and recently completed a Diploma in Corporate Governance with the Institute of Directors.
