Ricardo Apaez

I pursue achievements that can either bring better career opportunities for those with limited economic resources, or develop products, processes or capabilities missing in one country/industry or company, or all together. My passion is to make big things happen. I use my background on engineering and professional experience at CLAUT to understand problems and obstacles from a wide point of view and then look for solutions procuring funds, involving leaders, putting hours of work and thought and convincing allies. I assume my responsibilty to at least try to contribute to solve problems such as climate change, education, poorness and violence through helping companies be more efficient in their processes, developing innovation capabilities, establishing global networks of collaboration and developing their employees.
