Julian Robledo Ruiz: Industrial Engineer; Postgraduate degree in Prospective Planning and Strategic Thinking – Colombia Externado University. Master in Business Innovation – Monterrey Technological Institute (Mexico). My 15 years of professional experience as an industrial engineer with a Prospective Planning and Strategic Thinking postgraduate degree and a Master in Business Innovation has been mostly focused on the development of different economic and productive sectors. These activities include a permanent project management, offering companies technical assistance and consulting practices in strategic planning, marketing and business management. Other activities gave me the opportunity to gain knowledge in the process of creating, with a group of companies, a strategic cluster plan in order to promote their productive and commercial levels and closing the existing competitive gaps in our country. I have played a fundamental role in different institutional working spaces promoting strategic plans, improving political, economic, social and cultural variables in order to increase the competitive development of the companies in our country.
