Evgeniy Kutsenko is Director of the Russian Cluster Observatory in Moscow, a cluster-specific research and consulting center, offering a wide-range expertise on cluster benchmarking, evaluation and policy design. Evgeniy has expertise in cluster analysis and regional innovation with previous experience at Ministry for Economic Development and other ministries in Russia, Russian Venture Company, Moscow City Government, World Bank and regional administrations.
