Innovation Norway is a governamental funded agency promoting industrial and regional development through contributing to innovation, internationalisation and promotion. Services are provided through three strategic areas: innovation milieus, SME growth and entrepreneurship. The first area includes two cluster programmes: Norwegian Centres of Expertise and Arena, a Business Network service and several other network-based services.
