Ildar Khairullin

Khairullin Ildar was born in Kazan in 1965 into a family of doctors. In 1988 graduated with honors from the Kazan State Medical Institute S.V.Kurashova specialty "Medicine". After graduation and internship five years worked as a surgeon in Elabuga CDH and city hospital №2 Naberezhnye Chelny. For seven years he was the head of the surgical Department of the city hospital №2. In 2001 Khairullin Ildar got his phD. In 2003-2004 he taught at the Department of surgical diseases №1 of KSMU. In 2007-2008 he headed the city hospital №5. From 2007 to 2014 worked as the chief of Regional Emergency Medical Center in Naberezhnye Chelny. Under the leadership of Ildar Khairullin this hospital become the unique public hospital in Russia which have received international JCI accreditation. From 2015 to 2018 he headed the Republican clinical Oncology center in Kazan. From 2018 - First Deputy CEO of the International medical cluster Foundation in Moscow.
