Construction Cluster Director, Medellin Cluster Community (Colombia). Civil Engineer, with a Master's degree in Engineering. Since 2008 he is the Construction Cluster Director. Among the strategic topics that are being promoted by the Cluster are: the project for a Technological Platform in the construction industry, the project to Simplify Construction Formalities with the objective of eliminating unnecessary formalities and simplify the processes of a construction license and closing in Medellin; and the definition and implementation of technical norms for the construction industry.
