John Fredy Pulgarin

Director of Competitiveness, Chamber of Commerce of Medellin for Antioquia. Economist, Master in Economic Sciences in the area  of International Economy with specialization in Strategic Planning and Local Economic Development (Barcelona, Spain).  Since 1997 he has actively participated in the development of methodology for the identification and consolidation of Clusters for Medellin and Antioquia. At present, he is responsible for the implementation, in the operative and strategic environment of the Clusters formed in the city.  Also, he leads the Technical Secretariat by the Chamber of Commerce of Medellin for Antioquia within the framework of the Competitiveness Regional Plan.
