Our first global webinar in2020 on “How to support strong clusters with a well-built cluster strategy andpolicy” broke the record with 180 registrants! Experts Annie Renders, VLAIO Flanders and David Fernández, SPRI Basque Country showed participants the way to do it right and explained  cluster policy as more than a program - it's an alliance, a pact and not just a funding program and it's best implemented across different public authorities. 

Renders shared that "Flanders'clusters program focuses on active collaboration, clear goals and clear competitiveness programand knowledge creation", while Fernández highlighted that "Non Financial Support as creating of evaluation tools, best practices and international networking is key for clusters development in Basque Country.
